Compass Care was founded in 2026 in Detroit, Michigan, by a Licensed Practical Nurse with a strong commitment to helping individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose. Drawing from healthcare experience and a passion for supporting life transitions, Compass Care was created to provide safe, structured housing for individuals in need of stability and a fresh start.

We offer transitional, sober living, recovery, re-entry, and veterans’ housing for men and women who are working toward stability, independence, and long-term personal growth. Our homes are designed to provide a structured and supportive environment that promotes accountability, consistency, and positive life development.
